Perhaps I spoke too soon yesterday as today seriously sucked as a result of yesterday's insanity. I had to send this out a little while ago to the parents in the pack re: popcorn pickups.

Parents,

You have my most sincere apologies. In an effort to keep emails from flooding your inbox that were meant for me alone, I set up the list to be moderated, meaning I had to manually approve emails. The problem? It also moderates me. The email never sent.

Below is the fabled email that SHOULD have went out yesterday, complete with the new address as well as the cell phone that I had with me (as opposed to the home phone which I only listened to at 9pm tonight).

I still have painting to do at the house Sunday, and I will be there from 1pm until 6pm. Hopefully this does not inconvenience too many of you, and you will be able to come to pick up your popcorn then. Please feel free to open the front door and holler up to me and I will open up the garage door.

I have one hell of a headache.

In other news, Wifey is doing quite well. After spending all day today at the house taping off both rooms, trimming both, and painting Princess's room a ZOMG PINK shade of pink, I went to the hospital for a visit. She had her requisite gastrointestinal activity allowing her to eat solid foods today (off the liquid-only diet!) and is already off the pain meds. We went for a quick stroll down the hall as well. And, by quick, I mean I wheeled her IV stand while she held her stomach.

Of course, then I came home to find all the parents and a couple leaders all freaking out about where the hell I was all day. They thought something happened to Wifey. Nope. Not all all.

I'm just a putz.

Now, I do laundry as I have no more underwear. (Erudi was this another one of those "TMI" posts?")
